WHAT HAPPENS IN OUR TEAM BUILDING SESSIONS?
Whether you’re looking to develop personal relationships within a group of professionals, a sports team, a club, a stag/hen party or a family group, our team-building sessions are a great way to bring out the best in people and bond you for life. We have a range of activities ready and waiting, from raft-building and paddling without paddles (yes, makes you think…), to mega-supping and specially targeted beach games. All are designed with fun and learning in mind.
All ages can benefit from these activities because they improve communication skills, build confidence and help identify natural leaders and mentors.

What should we bring?
Please bring swimming gear, a towel and suncream, plus closed-toe footwear that is suitable for use in the water (either wetsuit boots, water shoes or old trainers – no Crocs please).
Where does it take place?
Sessions take place on Swanpool Beach in Falmouth and Fistral Beach in Newquay.
What skills will we learn?
Team-building sessions encourage good communication, better teamwork and improved resilience. After your session, as you transfer these new-found skills to a workplace, sports team or friendship group, the results will be obvious – it’s a recipe for success!
