What's SUP?
Board hire from £15 per hour
Lessons from £18 per person
Stand-up paddleboarding (or supping, for short) is a great way to explore the surrounding creeks and coastline at a leisurely pace. Newcomers will easily pick up the required skills, allowing them to develop core stability while burning loads of calories in a low-impact way.
Our mega-sups are paddleboards measuring 12ft long and 6ft wide, allowing up to ten people to use them together. This requires teamwork, balance and lots of fun pushing your friends in the water!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the age limit?
Anyone aged six and above can enjoy supping.
Do you take non-swimmers?
Yes! Buoyancy aids are always worn so it’s not essential that children are able to swim.
What should we bring?
Please bring swimming gear, a towel and suncream.
Do I need to be able to stand up on a paddleboard?
No! Our instructors will guide you through the techniques needed to go from kneeling to standing, but paddleboarding can easily be done both ways.
Will I get a safety brief if I hire a paddleboard?
Yes! This will be tailored to the conditions on the day and will set out the boundaries in which you are able to paddle. Our instructors will also give you plenty of local knowledge so you can find the best places to explore.
Where will we go?
This will depend on the weather and the tide but will always be within Swanpool Bay and in sight of the beach. You will be able to explore both sides of the bay and all the fantastic caves and gullies that this stretch of coastline has to offer.
