WHAT IS RAFT-BUILDING?
Raft-building is a great team activity that will challenge you and your co-builders to construct a raft that will stay afloat when you all get aboard. It encourages good communication, teamwork, resilience, forward thinking and creativity, plus knot-tying skills.
We provide specialist raft-building equipment and lots of hints and tips – but we don’t do it for you! The whole process is guaranteed to get you thinking – and perhaps a little competitive – as you race your creations at the end of the session. It’s great fun for birthday parties as well as for bonding teams, families and co-workers. Give it a try!

What should we bring?
Please bring swimming gear, a towel and suncream, plus closed-toe footwear that is suitable for use in the water (either wetsuit boots, water shoes or old trainers – no Crocs please).
Where does it take place?
Sessions take place on Swanpool beach, and your raft will be launched in the safety of its sheltered bay.
What skills will we learn?
