Elemental Surf Lodge is our very own hotel with an on-site surf school in Newquay – all just five minutes’ walk from iconic Fistral Beach, the home of British surfing. The Atlantic swell creates reliable waves including the world-famous Cribbar, which is why Fistral is the renowned venue for major international surfing competitions including Boardmasters, for whom we are an official accommodation provider.

Elemental Surf Lodge has 67 beds – a mix of twins, doubles and group rooms sleeping up to eight people. Most are en-suite and all include fresh linen, towels and a welcome pack of tea and coffee, so you’re all set before heading out for a sunrise surf or to explore Newquay’s colourful night life.

Breakfast is available, too – please request at time of booking. This is served in our dining room, and we also have a communal lounge so you can relax and enjoy each other’s company in one large, welcoming space at the start and end of each day. The lounge is equipped with lots of board-games, table football, a pool table and a darts board for your entertainment.

Elemental Surf Lodge is the perfect place to stay while you learn to surf or bodyboard with Elemental Surf Academy. Boards and wetsuits are available to hire, and we have instructors on hand to get you riding the waves in no time. Our experienced instructors are the best in the business and can tailor your lesson to your level of experience – perfect for beginners and improvers as well as experienced surfers looking to hone their technique.
