Here at Elemental UK, we've decided to make sure that we give back to the planet that provides us with so much space for activity and adventure.
As a part of our new Green Initiative, we've partnered up with Ecologi to try and improve the outdoors for future generations by, you guessed it, PLANTING TREES!

Step 3: We plant one tree for every child booked with Elemental through Ecologi.

FAQs
Does that mean your prices are going up?
No! We're taking the necessary funds from our profits to put towards Ecologi's projects.
How much does it cost to plant a tree?
Planting trees abroad costs as little as £0.124 so £1 gets about 8 trees!
How much effect does one tree have?
A fully grown tree (30 - 40 years old on average) can absorb about 22kg of carbon dioxide a
year.
How is the money you give spent?
Ecologi's profit is measured in impact. 85% of your money goes directly to funding planet saving projects.
With the rest, everything else is covered including a budget to attract new subscribers, staff costs, and hosting and licenses.
Where are the trees being planted?
Ecologi works to plant trees in the UK, but also Kenya, Australia, Colombia, Mozambique,
Papa New Guinea, and Uganda. They used to have a project in Nicaragua, but they' managed
to fill that site up!
What happens to the trees?
Trees are protected for life, not used to any resource other than saving the planet by living.
Ecologi also works with Tree Guardians, employing them to protect the trees that they plant.
How do you decide where to plants trees?
We pay for Ecologi to plant trees in bulk and they decide which of their current reforestation projects to plant them in.
What trees are planted?
All trees are native the local ecosystems of where they are planted.
